A “goblet” is a “drinking cup”. The cup has always been a symbol of victory, hence the reason that soldiers liked to drink Waterloo beer from a goblet.

The earthenware Waterloo goblet keeps the beer cool and preserves the head. For a moment we are transported back in time to the traditional of the ancient combatants.

Today, the goblets are still handcrafted in the Lardinois pottery, a few kilometres from Waterloo. Making each goblet unique!
